This policy covers the website studyplanner.tech. The ClassTrack mobile app has its own policy at classtracks.app/privacy.

Who we are

studyplanner.tech is run by ClassTrack (founder: Prince Kumar, India). Contact: support@classtracks.app.

What we collect on this website

Tool inputs: not collected. The study plan generator, timetable maker, timers and calculators run entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us.
Local storage: some tools save your last inputs in your browser’s local storage on your device so they are there when you return. You can clear it in your browser settings, or with the Reset buttons.
Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and tools are used. If you accept in the cookie banner, it sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and send page views and simple events (for example “tool used” or “waitlist opened”) to Google. We do not send the text you type into tools. Until you accept, analytics cookies are not set. Change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer, or block it with your browser’s tracking protection or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. See how Google uses data.
Forms: the iPhone waitlist and contact forms are processed by Pageclip. We receive the details you enter (email, name, message) and use them only for that purpose. Ask us any time to delete them.
Email: if you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Cookies

This website sets Google Analytics cookies only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. It does not use advertising cookies.

Notifications

The Pomodoro timer may ask your browser for permission to show a notification when a session ends. This is handled by your browser; we receive nothing.

Links to other sites

We link to Google Play and to research papers. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children

Apart from optional forms, the website collects no personal data. Students under the age required in their country should use the ClassTrack app with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Your rights

The tools collect no personal data. For waitlist or contact form data, email us to access or delete it. For data in the ClassTrack app, delete your account in the app’s Settings or email us. You may also have rights under laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU GDPR.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
